The Flute Studio is the result of passion – for music, as well as for nurturing a love for music in others. First named The Huggett Family Teaching Studio, the studio was founded by celebrated musicians Margaret and Leslie Huggett. Flora Lim was invited to join the Huggetts as a partner of the studio in 2008 and is now the artistic director of the studio. The vast combined musical experience of all three individuals anchors the studio with a commitment to enriching the lives of others through excellence and joy in making music.

Housed in a heritage building that was renovated specifically to accommodate the studio's specific needs, The Flute Studio is a place that nourishes the soul.
